Constructed in 1979, Parkview Court is a small community of eleven condominiums located adjacent to Grant Park.

Owners are always welcome and encouraged to attend meetings. For board meetings only the directors vote. At member meetings all owners may vote. Residents can't vote but may attend meetings upon request with approval by the Board of Directors.

Community Group Email Communication

A new group email service has been set up on Groups.io. All Parkview Court owners and residents are welcome to use it.

To subscribe to the new service:

Get into your email so you can send a new message.
Send a new message to this email address: parkview-court-hoa+subscribe@groups.io Copy and paste the address if needed. The subject and message portion of your new email will be ignored and can be blank.
Wait a minute or two. You should receive a new message from Groups.io with a subject of “Confirm Your Groups.io Subscription”. If you don’t see it check your spam folder.
To confirm your subscription reply to the message just received. You don’t need to add any reply message text as it will be ignored. Just reply and send.
At this point your subscription request will be reviewed manually, usually within 24 hours or less. Approval will be made for all requests with email addresses that can be recognized as an owner or resident in the Association.
Once approved you will get a Welcome email from parkview-Court-hoa@groups.io with information about the group.
